The FallOn the edge of a cliff I look down and see an endless throng of people swimming and playing in a nice warm lake. I look and there is no sadness, no pain, no regret. As I start to climb down the people are changing. But I ignore it and just tell myself that my mind is playing tricks on me. After I climb for what seems to be years, I slip and start to fall. When I get a view of the lake nothing is the same. They aren’t playing in a warm lake. They are engulfed in a raging storm that is threatening to swallow them.
